Late delivery and bad service

I called to make an order which i was told i would receive between 30-45 minutes. After an hour i called the call center to follow up on my order and the agent called the store and they told him my order is on the way. Shortly after the conversation i was called by the staff from Wonderpark Macdonalds saying my order was on hold. When asking for explanation i was **** to by all of them. I was told the driver is not picking up so there is no one to bring my order . Then driver calls me from the shop few minutes later to say he is getting lost . How can my order be on hold and in the same breath the driver is getting lost. I am very disappointed with the service and the unprofessional manner i was treated. Writing this i still haven't received my order and now we are going for the 2nd hour.
