Late delivery

I placed an order with a guy called Nokwanda at around 7:45 for a simple meal from the restaurant I had to wait for an hour for delivery when I called them they said the order is in transit but it was been an hour now..how long does it take to deliver food even if the restaurant is within the area..it takes me close to 35 min to walk there but how can it take an hour for delivery to take place. <br> <br> This is totally unacceptable and not proper customer service I am very disappointed in McDonald service really
