LATE DELIVERY

I ordered breakfast online at mcdonalds at 10h00, order number 274-20/07/2 ********** 1, they sent me confirmation that my order will be delivered at 10h45 or 11h00. my order was only delivered at 11h28 AND MY FOOD WAS COLD. I don't know if that's still breakfast. I had to use my airtime and call mcdelivery to ask where my food was because I paid online. I am really disappointed by your services, no apology, nothing.
