Late Cold Food and Lies

<p>Order Number:358-02/02/2 ********** 5</p> <p>At 10:54 I placed an order online; EDT was 11:54.</p> <p>Around 11:55 I tracked my order online and it the status was "Delivered".</p> <p>12:00 I called customer care to find out where my food is, and I was told the driver has left the store and on its way.</p> <p>12:08 I recieved a call from the driver on number ********** 133 and he told me the order would be delivered in the next 8-10 min.</p> <p> By 12:30; still no food.</p> <p>I called the customer care again only then did the order finally arrive at 12:51.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. The food was cold</p> <p>2. The chips were soggy</p> <p>3. One of the 3 drinks were incorrect.</p> <p> </p>
