Late and wrong delivery

So I placed an order for myself and my sister around 18:00 on the website and was told that it would arrive at 18:35 - 18:50, at 19:00 the food hadn’t arrived and I called and was told that they are trying to track down the driver. 19:30 food was still not delivered and I called again and the agent told me that she would call me back cause she’s trying to find the store’s contact details. She didn’t call back and the food arrived at 20:00. The order was wrong, we ordered a grand chicken spicy and a chicken jalapeño burger and we got 2 burgers with a funny white sauce and the chips were mushy and not crispy like the usual chips. So disappointed!
