Late and instructions not followed

I ordered a Big Mac meal from Mac Donald’s isonsovale and it took them 20 minutes to deliver when I live 8 minutes away from the Mac Donald’s . When it arrived it was cold and the chips were sloppy...not the usual Mac Donald’s crispy and hot. When I had placed the order I put in special instructions to give no ice ,when the order arrived the coke had ice and it felt like more ice than coke.i was very disappointed and had to warm my meal up in the microwave.
