good day Macdonalds Franchise,

for the past several months i have been placing orders at your Woodlands branch in pretoria east (Cnr Garsfontein & Phillidelphia Streets -***). the staff there are slow and simply have no regard for the customers that are waiting to place orders or even receive their orders as well as the customer service. i have also had severe time delays on orders placed online, the telephone seldom gets answers which forces client to visit the store. macdonalds is a franchise in south africa and some branches are independently own/run, however this does not give the franchise or franchise owner and managers the right to "do what the will", these franchise's and branches need to understand that you still fall under the MACDONALDS CORPORATION AND INTERNATIONAL BRAND OF MACDONALDS. i have spoke to both the supervisor and manager on several occasions as well as even assist customer that have been waiting for there orders for over 20mins and longer. i advise the manager that this needs to stop and that service needs to get better. several trips to the branch i witnessed staff in the production line, playing around and standing around while there are 8-12 orders needing to be executed. this is review is not because of ONE bad incident, but more over a 4 month period. This branch at woodlands will have a month to sort their nonsense out before i escalate emails to the macdonald Franchise and Corporation as well as the CPA and FAA for Audit Purposes. even the driver who delivered my order upon me writing this review, mentioned the complaints that he is receiving due to slow service.
