Lady mcbite ????

Hi oky so this is realy how bussiness work... About 2months ago i odered food and they forgot to put in my mcbites after that ever since i still supported them and everytime i ask the driver please remind them about me the customer about the mcbites as it also was a delivery order,right i have phoned the cashier said ok will get back to you ... time past nothing ... last week i orderd again just after 11 they phoned me after 12 saying the driver had a break down with his bike i asked how long the lady said dont know so i said ok fine i wait after few minutes i phoned them to cancel my order as the lady told me the same story so i cancel and hang up about 5 min i recieved a call its the manager explaining what happened and the driver is on its way to the shop to pick up my food and bring it i then took the time and explain my mc bites thats still never delivered or no feedback she said 2 months i said yessssss when they delivered half past 12 my mc bites was in a nuggets box all of it fine thats nice... but it showes you something bussiness need us people no matter what as soon as i explain i want to cancel and also ive been waiting for my mcbites thats when they actualy listened and tried to keep me happy what they shpuld have done right from the start one time the driver went back for our cooldrink they forgot to put in in trafic he went back for a small drink. They shpuld appreciate their customers as much as they appreciate their jobs cause without us as a customer they wont have a job in the week hubby went again and **** they forget to give us once again our mcbites haha but its fine they will probably start calling me mc bite lady everytime o would complain about what they keep on forgeting
