LACK OF SHE MANAGEMENT

The visit wasn’t pleasant as my 3 year old could not utilise the rest room. There wasn’t a sign to show that it is out of service, and the staff watched us walk to the door, and try to access it, they just looked at us. When I asked, the lady just said it’s blocked.
