Lack of service at 24 hours

The shop at Sky city mall in Alberton states that it operates for 24hours, and yet I was not assisted when I was there. I waited for 1:15am until 1:52am. They said the system was rebooting but I received no service. Phumzile and Kemisho were very dissmisive of me and Insisted that need to go and "clean" while I stood there and waited for service. This is false advertising as you do Not operate within those specified hours as advertised.
