Lack of security measures and assistance

On Friday the 8th of November, my friends and I had an incident at Mcdonal's Grey Owl where my friend's car was broken into in the parking lot and her laptop was ******. We found out that this was not the first incident, there were at least 4 prior incident that took place in the same place. I am very concerned about the lack of security measures and assistance provided. There is no day security guard, one camera which is unclear according to the manager and not even car guards. I am writing this review after reaching out to customer care about my concerns but the response I received was not relevant to what I had stated in my email which tells me that the person was just responding for the sake of responding. I also have a video which was taken on the same day, but I am trying to be civil by following proper procedures, which has not helped thus far.
