Lack of Quality

I have recently been ordering Mcdonalds often.<br> <br> I'm so disappointed in the quality I have been getting. <br> <br> 1. I received a deep fried ****roach with my chips from Mcdonalds Woodlands.<br> 2. I ordered a Frappe recently via delivery to Moreleta and instead of caramel I got coffee<br> 3. I often use the service in Fourways. Most of the time the drivers are sloppy and sweaty and do not smell like they practice good hygiene which is concerning when they have been handling my food. I specifically make a comment on the sauce as there is always about a teas**** on the burgers which is very little making the burger dry but it is obvious that your staff thinks customer comments are only for decoration. I have been withholding my complaints but I really cannot take it anymore. I will not be ordering from Mcdonalds again. You are just wasting my money with your junk!
