LACK OF POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

<p>I Have stood in the drive thru at McDonalds Vangate mall, CPT for +-20 Minutes only to get to placimng an order which was not fulfiled, I am unable to understand how can you not put a signage on to say that you are out of milkshake on a hot day. Seriously!! Put up signage employ more staff, I spoke to the manager who was sweating as hell! I took down the number plate of the guys infront of me who experienced problems due to no signage.. The drive thru had 2 sections no signage on the one side to say that it isnt working those who went on that side had to get out walk to the opersite side and place their order. Seriously. Owner should employ people to do proper serving than to make money. People who sit on your board should stop thinking about creative ways to make money, but enforce measures to enforce satisfied customers.</p>
