Lack of communication s****s

This happened at McDonalds Stellenbosch. Time was 06:30. I went in and was told that the system is closed. I asked what time it opens and they said at 06:00. I then asked why isn't the system open then yet and they said no, "it's closed"

I'm going to go ahead and assume the system was down and not closed. Before employing someone please teach them basic communication s****s.

Also why is the system "closed" so often? Once or twice is OK, but this is my third time in two months.
