lack of commitment

Had my possesion ****** at mcdonalds strydom parking on the 10th on march,went back inside the store to report the matter to the manager in charge Tshofatso. He took my details and wrote a repot for the gentleman in charge of the surveillance will come in the following day on the 11th. To my surprise no follow up was made with me or any notification of the investigation,I then called the to follow up to be told that the Ruben was there and left. I went to the store again on the 12th to then be told there is nothing they can do as the camera is not facing their parking and this is not the first incident of the same nature happening on their property<br> 1.if this is not the first incident what was done about it<br> 2.why are the cameras not extended to their parking for the safety of their customers?<br> 3.why was I not. Contacted even if its a courtesy call to say they are aware of the matter and still investigating or something?<br> 4.why did the first manager says they will check the surveillance knowing its not going to make a different<br> 5.Ruben didn't even bother to check the surveillance to see if there was no suspicious movement,he just wrote off the matter<br> Are we safe there?<br> They don't care
