Lack of a security for shop that has kids& mothers

I'm dissapointed beyond words! beggars are allowed 2 roam by thedrive-through exposing us to danger and *******- as these pple force their way through our open windows making it difficult to even pay or receive our food- manager was called bt just said people continue 2 give them -what options do we have vulnerable in a car seated with kids with a man almost demanding money !!
