Kitkat McFlurry with no Kitkat

"Hi McDonald's, I recently purchased a KitKat McFlurry at Westgate mall Mitchell’s plain drive through., but it was disappointing to find only a few crumbs with no actual KitKat pieces. I was really looking forward to it, and it's unfortunate we were too far away to return. Can you please look into improving your McFlurry preparation to meet customer expectations? I have my receipt and happy to share it with you! This is not the first time and also they do not stir the McFlurry, the customer have to stir it’s themselves poor pooor service
