Kindness

I had a terrible day, was stuck in traffic, and was close to tears when I got to the drive through at McDonald's in Pretoria North. When it was my turn to order, I got so flustered,,I couldn't think straight! And after struggling trough the order, the guy taking my order, Derek asked me if I was okay, I said yes, he asked again, nam are you sure? Then I said that I am just dying of heat and a bit stressed out. When I got to the payment point, he was there with a glass of water, filled with ice. What a beautiful gesture!!!! Wow!! Derek, you are an amazing and caring person! Tank you for making my day! It was just a glass of water, but it meant the world to me!! That is what I call customer service!! Going above and beyond what is expected of you!! Just a bit of human kindness makes the world of difference 🌸🌸🌸
