Kimberley north cape mall staff dont know what they sell are hamburgers

keep getting bad service at this branch but seem to condone it but today topped everything. Drive thru assistant Lydia Fatyela does not seem to understand that the proper name for a burger is a hamburger. Then goes about arguing with me saying that the burger that comes with the meal is not called a hamburger. This is Baffling for a company that originates from the country the USA that coined the term hamburger But what really upset me was her ****py self justified attitude and unprofessional behaviour by discussing my encounter to the customer behind me in a derogatory manner thinking I did not see that.

Please teach your staff in Kimberley not only to speak English but the definition of the words of the goods they sell.
