Kids not allowed on play ground

On the 02.05.2015, I took my kids to Mc D (Goodwood, Voortrekker Rd) and I was told kids can eat but not allowed to enter the play room due to multiple birthday parties hosted on that day...<br> The \lady Manager"hardly said a single world (no apology or suggest a better way to the matter) but reversed my order. She couldn't care less<br> I then went to another branch which was about 5km away and my kids had a fabulous time<br> Due to this experience (poor planning and customer service) I have no interest of taking my kids to that branch again"""
