Kempton park mcdonalds lack of attention

Good afternoon.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service received from McDonalds kempton park.

I got to the Mcdonalds at 13:20 and ordered on the self service counter and believe you me at 14:20 i had not received my order, secondly not only did i not receive my order but i had to stand up and fetch it and keep in mind i had selected that i need table service as i was with my child and i was working the order table was 9.

By the time i had gotten to the counter i had to wait an additional 10 minutes while my 6 year old daughter waited for me on our desk. Please also keep in mind that the store was not really busy on that day and i dont even want to start mentioning how dirty our table was when we got there and even my child noticed and complained last our order was short.

I am beyond disappointed please note i have pictures of when the table was dirty and also proof from the time we ordered till i took a picture of the receipt showing them that i had ordered an hour ago

Please do better this was by far the worst service from any mcdonalds

I could literally count the number of customers that were in the store
