KEMPTON PARK MCDONALD'S

dated 29 November 2022 - I went to Kempton Park McDonald's, first the card machine at the order station did not work, then the card machine at the first teller did not work x 3 and was told I need to be transferred to another teller, which I was told the R5 donation on my order could not be placed manually and was not added, this card machine did work. I was told that the first transaction will not go through because the machine did not work, and then received 2 declined slips for the amount of R286.10, but the amount of R281.10 did go through after the 4th try. now R286.10 and R281.10 has gone through my account and we on 06 December 2022 and still no one can tell me when I will receive my refund, from visiting the store in Kempton Park and numerous Emails still no one can tell me when I will receive my money back, was this *****? did they just do this with thinking I will not ask questions? the bank said it will take 90 days, WHERE the hell do you wait for something to be resolved in 90 days but the money was taken immediately
