Thank you to Rosemary at McDonald's East Rand Value Mall for an amazing customer experience. She is an epitome of what customet service should be like. From being a very upset customer to a happy one - it is managers like her who should be recognized for the wonderful job they do, and going all out to protect the image of their brand.
