Keep Messing up Order and deliver very late

<p>I've ordered via delivery a few times now and its late most of the time, sometimes even more than 2 hours to deliver, the order is always wrong, why is there an option to put in remarks if they dont look at it, by the time the food gets here its ice cold and is also wrong</p>
