*** service at McDonald's uitenhage eastern cape

Went to Mc Donald's uitenhage eastern cape today... got to the drive thru and I ordered a meal combo's. ... a meal but no meal had chips or cooldrink... so the lady said they are out of fries and coodrink.. so she said if I ordered the meal I will pay the same price but will not receive fries and cooldrink becoz they were out of it... so I said can I will pay for the meal but can I collect my fries and cooldrink tomorrow...the McDonald's employee said...it doesn't work like that.... you cant get the fries and cooldrink the next day... so I said I am paying for that combo's so why can't I get it... she said McDonald's doesn't allow it....and it's not McDonald's faults...
