Kaak service

I went to McDonald’s to buy a simple happy meal and we had to wait for over 30 minutes to get served. I don’t mind the wait however what I do mind is what was happening. So they were people who didn’t even have to wait because they had contacts with some of the employees. So I’m other words they would skip the cue while the rest of us had to wait our turn. As if that was enough the lady that claimed to have assisted me by the name of nonjaja didn’t give me any drinks. Which I find disturbing to think I had to drive back to get drinks. Thats petrol and time I will never get back. I was really disappointed. At the fact that McDonald’s service has come to this level. I’m sorry but something different has to happen. Coz I’m actually fact I came to buy over their drive through which was said to be offline and when the client next to me asked she was answered with a “ I didn’t know we were offline” answer.
