Just close down already your service if very bad and disgusting.

I would like to formally raise a complaint about the consistently poor service at McDonald’s Empangeni. This is not an isolated incident—it happens repeatedly, especially in the afternoons and evenings.

The staff are often rude and unprofessional, and customer service is clearly lacking. Orders are frequently incomplete or poorly prepared—for example, missing ingredients like lettuce or tomatoes, and sometimes food quality is simply unacceptable.

In addition, there are ongoing operational issues. The ice cream machine is often “not working,” and after 8 PM, customers are told that the drive-thru is closed, only to later discover that it is actually still operating. This creates confusion and feels dishonest.

Overall, this feels like a pattern of poor management and disregard for customers. As paying customers, we deserve better service, proper communication, and correctly prepared food.

I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed as a matter of urgency.
