Jubilee Mall Macdonalds sucks !!!!

I am very so sad and disappointed at the same time with the service received from Mac Donald's at Jubilee Mall . this Saturday I went out to buy meals then await for my order number to pop by on the board then after a 40 minutes of waiting the waitress came as she wanted to clean out the place then she asked my that why I am still holding the receipt for my order , I advised her that I am waiting for my order number to show on the board so that I can collect my meal then waitress said no the board it is not working as she was shouting at me that " did I evenly hear other waitress calling order number" so she shouted at me that to go an collect my meal , I went to do so then I started to eat she said she wants to clean now and I have being waiting on the something that it is not working which it is the board so now she wants to clean , I apologized and advised her that I didn't know that the board is not working and I told her at least why don't they switch it off or at least put a notice advising that the board it is out of order then she replayed that who I am to tell them what to do as she was shouting me near other customers , so that did not hold me well , I am very unhappy , I like mac Donald's meal but then with that service received I don't think ill find myself in Any MacDonald restaurants , this is very sad to be told who you are when you know that you are the customer in the business . I am so very SAD and UNHAPPY , I hope hello peter can help with such kinds of poor services receives from restaurants .
