Job well done to good quality service

I just thought to honestly give good feedback because we are often very quick to complain yet hardly give compliments.<br> <br> this goes out to the McDonalds Team in Mahikeng - The crossing shopping centre, especially the coloured lady by the name of Felicia, this past Saturday (7 November 2015), was actually my second visit at the branch as well as Mahikeng all together & just like the last time I received top class service just like I did the last time. I also have to be honest & say I'm honestly not such a fan of McDonalds (not in a bad way) but it's honestly amazing how an employee's positive attitude & friendly approach to their customers can actually win the customers hearts over, have them eat out of the palm of their hands so much so that they keep coming back for more & even give good referrals.<br> <br> Felicia thank you so much for your beautiful service, your beautiful ear to ear smile no matter the time of the day. Hope McDonald knows they have found a gem in you.<br> <br> <br> ps.<br> the branch manager - your outlet is clean ALL THE TIME...job well done to yourself & your Team
