Jelepeno double without the Bun

Went to Mcdonalds for lunch today here in Bellville Strand road, bought myself a Jelepeno double Meal using the Drive thru...<br> <br> As i was heading down voortrekker Towards Goodwood, i just finished my chips and opened the burger ... the Bottom bun was missing ...so i turn around and head right back to the Store... Went via drive thru and asked the manager to get me by the Collection Window...<br> manager never showed his/her face so i gave it to the lady at the Window ... She opened it and saw the bun missing..<br> She returned it to the Kitchen and came back apologizing.. i eventually got my burger and left ..<br> <br> When i removed it from the brand new brown paper bag, i realized that its the same Burger Wrapping they used and Just dumped a bottom bun on it... the Burger was not even warm anymore and the xtra jelepeno sauce i paid for was not on even after i asked them for the second time if there was and they said yes..<br> <br> This happens to be the WORST, conveniently close to me mcdonalds i go to ... Pathetic service and the manager seems pretty useless and sends his/her people to apologize instead of coming themselves..<br> <br> PATHETIC!!!!
