It's to 10pm and I'm still waiting on my order! Unhappy customer

This evening I made an order via delivery which was at McDonald's located in Belhar on Modderdam road. I placed the order at 18:49pm and the consultant informed me that it will be a waiting period of 30-40mins as they are quite busy. This was not a problem for me but the waiting period of 40mins soon turned into over an hour as I called to track the order at 20:07pm but there was no answer from the call centre as the lines were busy. I called again at 20:24pm and finally got hold of a consultant. He then transferred the call to the franchise and one of the employees informed me that there has been a delay due to only having 1 driver. My question is how can you have 1 driver on a Friday night and it was the 15th the day before? The franchise then called at 21:18pm to inform me again that there is a delay with delivering my order. Bear in mind that I am a student at the University of the Western Cape and this franchise is literally 5 minutes away from the campus. It's almost 22:00pm and I'm still waiting on my order!!!
