Items missing from takeaways every time

I am utterly disappointed in the service at the Mc Donald's in Summerstrand at the Boardwalk mall. Every occasion that I've been there and gone through the drive through, I get home or drive halfway out of the parking lot, and they have forgotten to put an item in my takeaway. This is pathetic service and it's happened everytime. Please Mc Donald's, make sure the employees who are packing takeaways, are paying attention and packing correctly. We are missing out on items that we have paid for, and when we come back to find these missing items, we are given a complimentary item and this costs you more money. Get it right the first time
