items missing

Bought Big Breakfast and hash brown not included,no salt for the eggs and got Brown sugar which I don't take.I spoke to Racheal she said I was lying she did put it in.What makes me angry is that it's not for the first I experience such service from them and she's not apologetic she's just rude and forward.
