Isando McDonald's bad service

Isando McDonald's is pathetic when coming to service and items availability as Sunday after Sunday there is something they don't have like once no ice cream, the other time no chocolate dip. this past Sunday there was no caramel dip and when I complained they had a very bad attitude about it. I did speak to the manager once about not having ice cream but she looked at me as if I am nothing and did absolutely nothing about it. McDonald's app to rate my visit is just as pathetic as I am still waiting for my confirmation email to rate my service. Really bad service and looking at all the reviews I can't understand why McDonald's are still in business with such bad service.
