Irritating and very disappointing!

I have just bought food by the Mcdonalds at Arcadia (Church and Hamilton) and i am appalled by the service and attitude given by one of the ladies there! An elderly couple (i think none South African) was buying before me and the man kept saying he wants a burger with an egg , but the lady (Sizakele) gave this couple such a bad service they ended up leaving. It is clear that the couple was not fami**** with the mcd menu and she arrogantly shouted the menu to them. That was really disrespectful and not necessary. and whats worse is how the staff made a joke of it after the couple left. if that was my first experience of mcds i definitely would not go back there again! This was really really terrible!
