Irritated

Went to get supper at your Mcdonalds branch in Pinetown. Ordered the share bag, 1st of all i dont get given the option of beef or chicken. 2nd of all im not asked which cooldrinks i want in what size ( 2 medium and 2 small). Get the takeaway and when i get home i notice the 2 junior cheese burgers are not in my packet. So i call them. I get promised a call back which doesnt happen. After 15 minutes i call back and speak to the manager and get told that they only have 1 driver and they cant deliver my 2 burgers, i must either come in myself or come in tomorrow. Pathetic. The burgers are for supper why would i come in tomorrow for something i want now. I climb in my car travel the 15 km again to the store and i asked for the manager, they call her but she doesnt even have the decency to come. She sends another staff member, she only comes when i ask for head offices number, she tries to soften me up with 2extra cheese burgers but when i say that is fine ( only right for my petrol wasted) but i still want the number for head office i get a snarl. So now, not only poor customer service i now have to warm up cold food that should have been eaten hot. I get inconvenienced for there mess up and all i hear is excuses and no real meaningful apology. I rather travel 30 kms to go to a mcdonalds that care about giving proper customer service and my proper order so i dont have to warm up takeaways in the microwave. I dont want the store to call me. I wamt somebody from head office to call me. Im done with talking to the managers of the store.
