Irate consumer

Pathetic experience, staff didn't even tell us that they are all late. Didn't even bother to address us as to the reason why the franchise was not opened in time plus no apology was given to us. We stood for more that 30 minutes waiting for the so called "late staff members " bare in mind it's month end all all trading hours should be met!!
