I'm very disappointed in McDonald's Zastron street in bloemfontein. First of all we did not get all the food we ordered at the drive thru. Then I call them and I'm told I must drive back to the store to fetch my order. I told the manager, Kelebogile, that I will do nosuch thing. She was polite and we came to an agreement.What makes me mad is that, I sent someone to fetch the food today and guess what, I got a medium meal where as I paid for a large meal. So McDonald's, my question to you is, how do I get my refund? This is a small thing to you, but you making money off me as I paid extra, so please make a plan to refund me. Y'all make millions and you think this is fine to ****** people, well it's not. The food is also of such poor standard
