Instead of McDonald's, they serve sh#t for our hard earned money

Im very upset with the management of McDonald's in Lenasia, i took my family of 5 for what i thought to be a nice lekke lunch. Firstly we waited exactly 37 Min for food. Eventually when we recieved the food the buns was so old and dry, it literally fell apart with the first squeeze. I ask for the manager and the senior manager was right there Listen in to my complaint and also confirmed that the previous day (saturday 22 june 2019)another client complained about the same issue. The supervisor (lady) tried to rectify the matter and replaced the stale buns with more more stale buns. The suppliers of mcdonalds need to know that when we visits this much loved restaurant, we dont go there and ask for food. We pay alot (R320) of money for decent, fresh and enjoyable food, not for old junk that they are serving us. If noone believes me, please request for the fotos of the ******* they served us. Lenasia McDonald's must fall
