Insects and poor service

I ordered a Chicken Salad, Jalapeño Single burger and nuggets via MrD (DFD***) from McDonalds in Wonderpark, Pretoria. Not only was my order missing but I found insects crawling in my salad. I called McD and the manager said she has no drivers to collect and that I should let MrD solve the problem. I am 8 months pregnant with no dinner. I logged a ticket but McDonald and manager does not see that they are at fault and not MrD
