Initiative from the manager!

I was at McDonald's in Bfn yesterday (Monday around lunch time) with my sister and one of our burgers were wrong (I think it should have been chicken instead of beef). The lady asked us nicely to park in front of the entrance as someone would be there to rectify our order asap. Not even 1 minute had past and the manager came out with the replacement. I was flabbergasted when he said that our order is actually R3 cheaper than the original one but he decided that he would give us a medium chips in return for the wrong order and the minute we had to wait. (Yes getting back my R3 would have been normal procedure, but the chips were definitely worth more than R3 - Whoop Whoop)<br> <br> I congratulate you on the initiative you took my fine sir!
