Incredibly rude staff

<p>I went to Mc Donalds at Waterstone Village at about 22h30. First of all they told me to wait for fresh chips so I didn't have a problem with it as I love fresh chips although i realised the chips were stale and cold. When the chips arrived I ordered a jelepeno sauce with my big Mac which was not in the bag. I went to the collection window to get my jelepeno sauce and said to her this is not the first time this has happened and she very sarcastic to me that I should sue the lady that delivered the food to my car and I turned around and walked away. The lady did hand movement in a way to say go away. I then returned to the paying window to speak to the manager about this. There was another customer waiting to pay with a card so I stood back to let him do his payment. When I asked the lady if I can speak to the manager again she said very rudely that she has already called him. I waited there for about 15 minutes and said that I'll contact somebody higher because this is absolutely ridiculous that she isn't calling him so that I can complain and I turned around and as I was walking away she burst out laughing. I don't know how this mac Donalds still gets customers. Their customer service is shocking. Even for a fast food restaurant. Mc Donalds, you have lost my business.</p>
