Incorrect orders and dismissive service

I have had the same mistake on my order several times now, and not once(even after reaching out) has it been rectified . I feel ****** , this establishment swaps out cheaper items for what I originally ordered. The ice cream machine is never working. The customer care is dismissive. I am not "lovin it" .
