Incorrect order twice

I recently placed a order through Mrd food at McDonald's northgate for a double quarter pounder....I specified no cheese as my son is allergic to cheese, but they sent order with cheese. I contacted mrd and they told me they would send me another order..with no cheese....but the second order came with cheese again....what a joke...if my son ate that burger he would have to go to hospital....I tried contacting McDonald's Northgate, but I couldn't get through...the number went to voicemail
