Incorrect order

We visited mc donald's westgate mall via the drive through.we clearly indicate that no tomotoe on the fold over and instead they remove the lettuce and the sauce??? I usually don't check my food because I never have a problem. Upon me getting home the foldover has no dam sauce and dry as hell. I tried contacting them and how convent nobody answers. If I could I would drive back but this would mean I'm going to be using my petrol to correct something that wasn't my mistake!!!
