Incorrect order and not satisfied with the way the food was delivered

Good day. I ordered a spicy mcfeast meal last week and received a normal mcfeast burger. The medium chips were more like a small chip as there were a little bit of chips. I logged a complaint however no one has gotten back to me. Today ordered a double quarter pounder meal medium and today the same issue with the chips and the cool drink was flat no gas at all. I order from you like 3 to 4 times a week and not happy with this I still have not heard from them
