Incorrect order and no answer at call center

I placed an order for 2 egg mc****in meals. I specifically asked for the chicken roll to be removed from one of the meals as my wife is vegetarian. When the order arrived, the chicken was not removed. I tried calling the number and no one answered. I tried the call center twice and no one answered either.
