Incorrect order

My partner and I went to McDonalds columbine (drive through), the service was poor from the on set, from the time they took our order. The order was incorrect, we bought McRoyal but the patty was a single mcfeast patty, not what we saw on the add, they gave me half packet of medium fries instead of large and my partner large instead of xlarge. so disappointed with their service. We paid for products that's we didn't receive.
