Incorrect Order

I placed an order through uber eats and on the order I requested for drinks without ice and extra Ketchup. When the order was delivered the drinks had time and I turned away the driver because this wasn't the first time that I had ordered a meal and they put in ice in the drink. The driver came back with the order and I realised after he had left that there was some ice in the one drink and there was no ketch up that came with the order. I tried contact McDonald's customer care however they were unavailable as they operate Monday until Friday which is unacceptable because their stores operate 7 days a week as this would mean that if a customer has an issue they would have to wait for Monday to get it resolved
