Incorrect order

I have bought from this specific McDonald's outlet in Durban on Old Fort Road several times and my order is never correct. I always ask for my items not to have onion as my partner does not eat it, it makes him nauseous. All the time there has been a mess up. Now I am not someone that likes to complain, but this has happened one too many times.
